Honestly amazing

I had a cheap balance board from Decathlon and was very skeptical about paying 3/4x for another one but I am pleasantly surprised. I haven’t figured out how to “walk” on it but the swinging motion you can do is quite enjoyable and keeps me standing for 2/3 hours at once whereas before I would start leaning forward after 30 minutes. Money well invested.

Love this thing!

I have auditioned a few items in my home for core work and for helping break up desk time. The Gymba is the winner! It is well designed and constructed. It is easy to use and looks great. It is exercise that does not feel like work!

Loving it!

I enjoy standing while working, but had a tendency to move my weight just in one side, and lean forward. This board really helps me stay more active while working when I want to stand. It seems quite sturdy too so I hope it will last long. I'd love though to have different variations of the board movement, something like the movemate boards would be nice.
