Payment Methods


Paytrail payment service handles your payment to the merchant. You can use all bank payment buttons and credit cards. Paytrail is a secure payment method. The service is registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority under the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act.

Collector Invoice/Installment

Flexibility and choice – pay at once or in installments at your own pace.

Invoice and credit account give you more time to pay for your online purchases. You can wait for your order to arrive before paying, either in full with an invoice or in smaller installments with a credit account, allowing you to pay the amount monthly over up to 36 months.

To take advantage of the interest-free period with an invoice, you need a positive credit decision, easily obtained during the purchase process. You can apply if you are at least 18 years old, have a Finnish personal identity number, and a permanent, official address in Finland. Your credit information will also be checked from Bisnode Finland Oy's register.

This payment method can be used for purchases up to €5,000.

Upon receiving a positive credit decision and confirming the purchase, you will receive an invoice in your email. If you wish to pay in smaller installments over a more suitable period (1-36 months), you need to sign a continuous credit agreement with Collector Bank by logging in to My Pages at When signing the agreement, you will be granted a credit limit available for future purchases according to the credit terms.

With a valid credit agreement, you only need to pay the minimum amount specified in the invoice by the due date, but you can also pay a larger amount if you prefer. Subsequently, you will receive a monthly email statement until the credit is fully paid. You can always choose to pay off your credit in larger installments than the minimum amount specified in the monthly statement.

In online store, promotional terms apply, with a nominal annual interest rate of 19.2%, expressed as the annual percentage rate, and a monthly fee of €3.80. If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and is fully utilized for purchases from, and the credit is repaid over 36 months, the effective annual interest rate under the applicable promotional terms is 30.7%, total credit costs €433, total amount payable €1,433, and the number of instalments is 36. Legal reminder fees, collection costs, and interest for late payments will be charged for delayed payments.

Shipping Methods

Our partners for deliveries are Schenker (Finland) and GLS (worldwide). The delivery is made to the chosen pick-up point. Delivery time in Finland is 1-5 business days, elsewhere 14-30 business days.

Incorrect Product

If, unfortunately, the delivered product is incorrect, damaged in delivery, or has defects, please contact us immediately by email at or by calling +358 41 315 4141. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and effortlessly. Incorrect products are eligible for exchange and return.

Exchange and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our products, which also serves as the product return policy. Returns within Finland are free with Schenker, or internationally at a cost of €16 for customer returns. In case of a return, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by calling +358 41 315 4141 (Mon-Fri 8-16). Issues with the Order

If a product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not meet your order, please notify us of the error within 30 days at If the package is damaged in the post, an immediate complaint must be made to the postal service.

Product Warranty, Maintenance, and Spare Parts

Our products are designed to last, and, for example, the GYMBA activation board frame comes with a 5-year durability guarantee – otherwise, products have at least a one-year warranty according to Finnish law. The warranty period is product-specific and covers defects arising from proper handling. Normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Product Price

The product price on the service is the price at the time of ordering, including a 24% value-added tax. The order total consists of selected products and shipping costs. The shipping cost is determined by the selected shipping method. The shipping cost can be reviewed before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if there is a clear error in the product price (e.g., a product without a price) or if the product is no longer available.
